This Year's Charity:
21 Roots Farm
We hope to raise $100,000 to help a non-profit non-profit hobby farm that employs and serves people with intellectual disabilities. The farm sits on 21 beautiful acres in Grant, Minnesota (near Stillwater). 21 Roots Farm was born out of the idea that people with disabilities and their families need a place where they can come together and connect through agricultural activities. The farm offers nature and agricultural based experiences for school-aged children in the summer and year-round activities for adults with disabilities. Funds raised will help cover operating costs and provide scholarships to families in financial need so they can attend the events and programs at the farm.
Because farming is an essential business, 21 Roots Farm is able to continue operating this summer. If you know someone who may want to experience the farm, have them reach out to the farm at 21rootsfarm@gmail.com to learn more.
